Life before and after the Pandemic…I’ve always thought of quitting my job to travel and have a nice job that gave me just enough to live and have enough freedom to enjoy life. But, all of this was only a dream, I wasn’t actually going to give up on my job for something unsure and then… COVID came to our life. I got fired during the pandemic because a lot of companies began to struggle and I got super down and depressed. What I didn’t know at that point was that I was going to find my dream job that one that would allow me to come closer to my dream.
That’s how I started looking at linkedin every day and suddenly there it was REMOTE ACCOUNT MANAGER for an Ecommerce Email Marketing Agency vacancy. I was super happy and excited to apply and so I did. I won’t lie, the process wasn’t easy. I had to do a lot of filters and exams but I knew that it was all worth it and that I’d be able to prove myself and so I did.

Well, before I began working remotely I was already working with mailing, the strategy was a bit different but I was familiar with email marketing platforms and the digital marketing workpuls world so this vacancy quickly caught my eye since I knew I would be a great fit for the position.
Once I passed all the filters I felt so good with myself and then… the training began. I noticed there were a lot of things that I didn’t know back then so I was even more excited about learning new things. Once the training passed and I was able to put on practice all my new skills I felt amazing. How is it working at a completely remote company?
It is actually amazing. There are people that think they need to go to an office or to see their colleagues to get things done but this is not necessarily true if you’re an organized person and work at a company with great communication and processes.
I work with people from all over the world and we’ve managed to work fluently thanks to a great communication and established processes that allows us to deliver and succeed with all our clients. As for my personal life, I have enough time for myself and also the freedom to travel and move to any place at any time.
Working at this Email Marketing Agency has given me the opportunity to grow in both personal and professional aspects of my life. Working in a multicultural environment also gives us a lot of insights and new ideas to improve your skills and open your mind.
